Cooltec Services - How do we do it?

At Cooltec Services we offer an unrivalled same day fax quotation service.

Where clients have drawings of their premises in Autocad format these can be Emailed to us to form the basis of our quotation, or if appropriate the drawings can be faxed.

In cases where approximate or "budget" prices are required please telephone us to discuss the project and we may be able to provide a price verbally in a matter of minutes.

Our official office hours are 9:00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, although often our workload means that the estimating department may be manned until 8.00 PM on busy days.

For clients who require urgent budget prices out of normal working hours we have prepared the following table to enable calculation of approximate prices, dependent on application, for the most popular split type heat pump systems which will heat and cool premises (available in either ceiling cassette mounted or wall mounted models). These figures are regularly updated and are usually slightly higher than average to cater for longer term budgets.

Heat pumps consist of indoor and outdoor units with interconnecting pipework - pipe run is the length of pipe between indoor and outdoor unit.

The above table is based on the following assumptions :
average floor to ceiling height 2.4m - average building fabric cooling/heating loads - average people and heat emitting office equipment densities - please note that additional mechanical ventilation may be required at up to £20/m2

To use the above table :
multiply the area of the site (m2) x above factor (£/m2)=approximate price
